The team at Clinical Trials Institute are experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated to improving the patient trial experience across a wide range of therapeutic areas including diabetes, respiratory conditions, mental health, skin cancer, and vaccine research.

Clinical Trials Institute has a dedicated clinical trials team consisting of experienced GPs, registered nurses, and clinical trial coordinators with a strong interest and years of experience in trials. We work with an independent HREC, which allows for fast turnaround on applications. Our team is ICH-GCP accredited and committed to delivering a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for every participant.

Available Trial Resources

Patient Database

CTI is able to ethically source relevant patient information from a database of over 350,000 individuals, to identify potential trial participants. All patient contact is handled in accordance with strict privacy guidelines, and individuals are only approached with their consent through established GP referral pathways.

General Practitioners

CTI is based within the Torquay Medical Hub, and part of the wider Geelong Medical Health Group. This gives us direct access to a network of experienced GPs who collaborate with our team on trials.

Specialist Doctors

Through our location within the broader Geelong Medical Health Group, CTI has access to specialist doctors across a range of therapeutic areas, who contribute their expertise to our clinical trials.

Trial Nurses & Patient Spaces

CTI’s team of dedicated nurses is the compassionate backbone of our clinical trials, providing expert care and support. Participant visits are conducted in our comfortable, purpose-built treatment rooms, designed to ensure a professional and welcoming experience for every patient.

Affiliated On-Site Services

CTI has access to a range of affiliated on-site services including Compounding Pharmacy, Radiology, Pathology, Dental, Psychology, and Optometry. These services support both the clinical requirements of our trials and the convenience of our participants.

Laboratory & IP Storage

CTI’s Laboratory and IP storage facilities include a range of monitored refrigeration, calibrated laboratory equipment, dedicated sample processing spaces, and temperature-controlled storage down to -80°C. Ensuring the integrity of investigational products and samples at every stage of our trials.
